In year 2019, under the leadership of former Zonal Director Ananda Premasiri, a rapid student performance development program started with the name of “Together We Can”. This program carried out in schools under the guidance of  Development Director, Divisional Directors, ISAs/ Resource Persons and leadership of school principals in each schools.  Similarly, in following years also this program being carried out in Gampola Education Zone.
